Luxury Lifestyle Awards is excited to announce that the Albania based visionary architecture and interior design company, Studio Fabrika, has won an award for Best Luxury Residential Renovation for their outstanding work on Villa ANDI.
Since its inception in 2008 by renowned interior designer and visual artist Rovena Agolli, Studio Fabrika has established itself as one of Albania’s leading design firms, boasting a striking portfolio of projects both domestically and internationally. The firm’s success lies in its unique style that blends functionality with creativity, consistently exceeding client expectations through elegant and accurate design solutions.
Villa ANDI is situated in the Rolling Hills complex near Tirana and consisted out of a complete expansion and renovation of a decade-old residential villa. It originally covered 450 m²and was later enlarged to 650 m² across 3 levels, introducing luxurious amenities such as a wine cellar, gazebo, mini-spa, gym, and a pool section. The design emphasized enhancing natural light, initiating open spaces, and using high-end materials such as marble, natural stone, and wood to accomplish a sophisticated yet comfortable ambiance. Sustainable features like solar panels and a thermal facade were incorporated to boost energy efficiency.
Upon receiving this recognition, founder Rovena Agolli stated that: “We are thrilled to receive this victory for Villa ANDI. This project reflects our passion for design and was especially significant for us as it allowed us to collaborate closely with the client to realize their vision of a luxury yet functional space. Completing the renovation within a compact timeline was a challenge, but our devoted and very talented team delivered a result that not only met but exceeded all expectations.
